CROWN FC EULOGIZES FORMER MIGHT JET PLAYER

Crown Football club Board and management under Alhaji Noah Bello remember the former chairman of the club, chief Abraham Olayiwola Olagbemiro who died exactly 3years ago in far away New-Delhi in India after a brief illness.

The good deeds of the deceased would continue to be linger on for laying the solid foundation in Crown fc and for bringing into bear his encyclopedic knowledge in football administration in his home town. Layi as fondly called despite having silver spoon in his mouth from birth chose football as a career, played and administered the round-leather game.

Abraham Olayiwola, caught the
attention and attraction of the late Apala legend Alh Ayinla Omowura in one of his albums titled Challenge Cup 1974, the Apala maestro gave a graphic representation of Mighty jets Layi’s football artistry against Enugu
Rangers.

He was the team Manager of Dream team IV that brought glory to Nigeria in Atlanta ’96, Layi won Federation cup for Plateau United in the year 2000 and could not be diffused from the historical Premier League ticket of Crown fc.
